Payment Information and Payment Plans must be re-entered in the HMIG/Paymentus Customer Portal prior to your policy invoice due date.
Make a payment 24/7/365. Select the “Make A Payment” link in the upper-right corner.
Follow the prompts to create an account for easy billing and payment management, or make a one-time payment using any of these convenient payment options.

An email acknowledgement is instantly sent to the claim reporter upon entry of a new claim into our system. You will receive an email with your claim number and examiner contact information.
Your agent is able to pull your most recent loss runs and review them with you.
